About Commercial Cleaners
Commercial Cleaners is a long-form journal about the work of keeping Australian workplaces clean. We write for facility managers, cleaning contractors, building owners and the supervisors who still have to turn a specification into a night shift.
The domain is older than this rebuild. The first Commercial Cleaners site grew up in the early directory era, when a .com.au address was often a listing more than a magazine. Wayback snapshots of that generation were not usable when we rebuilt the site, so we kept the name, the Australian market and the trade voice, and turned the property into what it should have been: a publication, not a brochure.
We are not a contractor. We do not sell a mop, a chemical or a national account. When a piece mentions a product, a standard or a guest contributor, we say so. Paid or guest-post links are marked with rel="sponsored" and described on the page.
What we cover
Hygiene that survives an inspection. Contracts that survive a quarterly review. The sectors that do not fit an office scope — clinics, schools, kitchens, warehouses, early learning. The WHS and chemical duties that sit beside a bucket. The water, waste and certification claims that get waved at a tender. And the people: induction, night shift, machines and the relief roster.

How we work
Pieces are commissioned or written on the desk, edited in Australian English, and dated. We prefer primary rules — Safe Work Australia, state WHS regulators, local food premises codes, the standards a tender actually names — over marketing copy. Corrections run on the page. Our editorial standards set out sources, conflicts and the line between reporting and advertising.
The desk is at support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you want to pitch, read the guest guidelines first.
